One universal need with cancer patients is stress management. When you manage your stress, you manage your life. This Cancer Support Coach Program includes a stress management training program and even includes a specially designed cancer support relaxation training CD for stress release exercises you can do at home.
- Mind-Body Communication with your Immune System
Another area of importance during cancer treatment is to guide your immune response using proper communication with your subconscious mind. Your immune system is guided by your subconscious and can be influenced by certain mind-body techniques. Hypnosis along with guided mental imagery is a powerful technique in this communication process.
