Hypnosis Is Deep Relaxation and Increased Mental FocusIf you are not familiar with hypnosis, it is described as a state of deep relaxation and increased mental focus. Being in a hypnotic state allows you to bypass the critical aspects of your conscious mind and access the deeper levels of your subconscious. Hypnosis engages the mind-body connection that is so critical to making changes in your emotional responses to your environment. The goal is always to enhance your overall well-being.Hypnotherapy is the practical application of well-established techniques used to access your foundational beliefs that are deep within your subconscious mind. Your most basic emotional programming was established at a very early age. Over the years you have continued to employ the same strategies for reacting to your environment. You have used them over and over again- regardless of the current effectiveness of those strategies. Hypnotherapy provides access to your subconscious mind which is the source of your emotional-self. Through a program of five hypnotherapy sessions you will be guided to release the emotional charge attached to those early events. By establishing new patterns of thinking you can stop re-living your past. When properly supported positive life strategies, these subconscious changes are permanent and lasting. When using the proper tools, combined with the proper motivation, you can release the mental barriers that have been holding you back in life. There are vast possibilities within you waiting to be expressed . We all have fears of change- I assure you they are universal. Don't let those fears prevent you from living the life you desire, and deserve.Hypnosis and hypnotherapy is important components of the Cancer Support Coach Program I have developed. Please contact me with your questions and schedule your cancer support consultation today.

"Hypnosis is not mind control. It's a naturally occurring state of concentration; it's actually a means of enhancing your control over both your mind and your body." --David Spiegel, MD, Assoc. Chair of Psychiatry, Stanford University School of Medicine
